When using claim forms, you will be asked to provide details about yourself to be identified and information about the service received, this is most often a receipt, or statement of services rendered from the provider. They will give you this at the end of treatment.
Note: If you enroll in the fall semester, your benefits coverage will start on September 1st and continue until August 31st. For the winter semester, the coverage begins on January 1st and continues until August 31st; however, you can submit claims starting on September 16th. Most providers can directly bill for eligible services. TELUS Health eClaims makes it easy for your healthcare providers (in addition to your pharmacist and dentist) to bill directly for services, and the reimbursement paperwork is taken care of for you.
Get the care you need, and we'll care for the rest!
Note: Service providers can start direct billing on September 16th.
