StudyWell Benefits has partnered with CloudMD to provide an easy way to access virtual health and wellness services from a range of professionals like nurse practitioners, counsellors, and lawyers through Kii.

Access Kii

To start using the Kii platform, please make sure you have the following:

Your Portage email address (you will not be able to use any other email address)
Fill out the registration form (links for English and French below)

Note: You can start using the Virtual care services once your coverage period commences. If you enroll in the fall semester, your benefits coverage will start on September 1^st and continue until August 31^st. For the winter semester, the coverage begins on January 1^st and continues until August 31^st.

During the change of coverage period (from the week before to the second Friday after), you can update your school's default enrollment by filling out the corresponding form to opt out, enroll dependents, or opt (back) in. If you enroll in the fall semester, your benefits coverage will start on September 1^st and continue until August 31^st.
