Some Benefit Balances will show on the Dashboard. These can be customized to your preference by clicking the Customize button located to the top right of the balances automatically displayed on your screen.

Balances can also be viewed under My Benefits which is located in the top left corner of your screen.

1. Click the type of coverage (e.g. Health, Dental, or Vision.).

2. A list of services will open. Click on the service you want to check (e.g. Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist etc.).
3. A description of coverage will appear. This description will include your:
   a. balance remaining
   b. maximums
   c. coverage status
   d. percentage reimbursable
