Important: You can access the StudyWell app to use the plan, submit claims and check your coverage. Your benefits coverage for the fall semester starts September 1st, 2024; if you are enrolling in the winter semester, coverage begins January 1st, 2025. You can check your student fee statement to confirm your enrollment.
Once you have the list of claims submitted, you’ll see the status of each claim on the far left of your screen. The possible claim statuses are the following:
When you receive a notification about a claim being accepted or rejected, you can view the important details of that claim by tapping on the "View Statement" option available at the top of the claim details. This will open up the corresponding Explanation of Benefits statement which contains crucial information about the claim.
