Log in using the username and password created during registration.

If this is the first time you are logging in, you must add your address. Once you have entered it, you'll see a message letting you know your address was saved successfully. Click Done to close the dialogue box.
Please read the Terms of Use and click Agree to confirm you have read and understood them.
Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard, where you will see recently submitted claims and their status.
