Important: You can access the StudyWell app to use the plan, submit claims and check your coverage. Your benefits coverage for the fall semester starts September 1st, 2024; if you are enrolling in the winter semester, coverage begins January 1st, 2025. You can check your student fee statement to confirm your enrollment.

Web

  1. Go to the the StudyWell app.
  2. Click the icon of a person located at the top right corner.
  1. Click Direct Deposit.
  2. Fill out the form to add your direct deposit info. Grab the following information from cheque or direct deposit form:
    a. Branch transit number – 5 digits
    b. Bank code – 3 digits
    c. Account number – 7 to 12 digits
    d. Payee name – Your name
  3. Click Update once completed.
  4. A notice will appear at the top confirming update successful.
  5. An email will be sent automatically confirming banking information has been updated.

Mobile

  1. Access the StudyWell mobile App and log in.
  2. Tap My Profile located in the bottom right corner.
  1. Tap Direct Deposit.
  2. Fill out the form to add your direct deposit info. Grab the following information from cheque or direct deposit form:
    a. Branch transit number – 5 digits
    b. Bank code – 3 digits
    c. Account number – 7 to 12 digits
    d. Payee name – Student’s name
  3. Click Update once completed.
  4. An email will be sent automatically confirming banking information has been updated.
